I have worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years, and have over 15 years of experience teaching Pilates at various levels, in addition I have a background in athletics and dance. A fully qualified Personal Trainer, Group exercise instructor and Lecturer, registered to CIMSPA - The Chartered Institute for the Managment of Sport and Physical Activity.

Previously employed as Fitness manager at Holmes Place and other Private Health Clubs, I also worked in the fitness side of the hotel business and have travelled the world in charge of fitness on Cruise ships, including the world famous "Oriana".
My hands on approach uses continuous correction of movement, technique and breathing and takes my original training at the Pilates Institute, London to another level. Pilates can benefit everyone by increasing Core Strength and improving posture. Pilates is also beneficial as a remedial exercise routine, assisting recovery and reducing risk of injury.

My wealth of exercise experience, working with all abilities, conditions, shapes & sizes combined with my professional attitude and easy going nature, have enabled me to help others in all aspects of fitness & lifestyle. My hobbies include skiing, scuba diving, walking, travel and enjoying good food!
