This is a slower flow but nonetheless still demanding in parts. This practice does include some backbends and arm balance; however, modifications and adaptations are given if needed. A mixture of strength and stretch, with time to reflect, focus on breath and invite peace and calm into your mind and body.

Explore your strength in this slow to medium paced Vinyasa flow for intermediate to advanced students. This routine will be intense in parts, and does include a headstand and arm balances, however, modifications and alternatives are given if needed. Of course, there is always the option to pause the video and take more time to practice the harder stuff.

A medium paced flow focussing on strength and stretch of the body. This routine does have some balance and backbends; however, alternatives are given if doing backbends is not your thing. A suitable intro to flow practice, and suitable for mixed ability participants.

This routine is a little faster flowing and more intense than Strength and Stretch #1. Increasing intensity in the first half to build full body strength - working on balance too. There is an arm balance and a Wheel pose in this routine, however alternatives and modifications are given if needed. This practice is suitable for participants who have practiced Yoga before.

A slower paced flow with lots of stretch and core strength work. This routine does offer an arm balance (Firefly pose), however alternative postures and modifications are given if needed. Core and stretch is suitable for mixed ability students.

This flow is intense in parts. Lots of strength and deep stretching. Binding to Bird of Paradise pose. This routine does include Crow pose. If you struggle with grasping your hands together in a bind – you will need a yoga belt/strap. Modifications are given if needed. This practice is suitable for participants who have practiced Yoga before.

CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO SYSTEM GLITCH - I'm working on it. Starting gently, this routine builds up to a slow intense flow. Expect lots of twisting postures in this sequence to really work into the core and digestive system – massaging your internal organs, which is great for detoxification and elimination of toxins in the body. Please note that twisting is not suitable for participants who are pregnant, who have chronic digestive issues or SI joint issues. This routine is suitable for mixed ability students.
