Our people really have been enjoying the classes, and have told us how much they are benefiting from them in terms of increased flexibility, core stability and mental relaxation. I always look forward to Gabby’s yoga classes and definitely could feel a positive difference in both my body and mind from the very first class I attended. As classes are small Gabby is able to get to know her students and give individual attention - an alternative posture or a more challenging posture if appropriate. Gabby’s style of teaching is friendly, informative and with genuine care for her students. She is very knowledgeable in her subject and the classes are amazing - varied and always beneficial - the beautiful studio is a hidden gem in Bourne End.

I attended Gabby’s Meditation Workshop to learn meditation techniques to help with stress -predominately caused by my ill health. Though, I subsequently found that there were other people present who weren’t stressed at all but still absolutely benefited from the tuition. The workshop was in an informal setting, in relaxed surroundings with tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit available. I found the information was clearly presented with practical meditation too. The environment was very relaxed, allowing time to absorb the information and to take notes if needed. I would recommend this workshop as I found it very helpful and informative.

I was so impressed, I have been going every week since then and have found my flexibility, well-being and state of mind much improved. Gabby's class is a great way to have a full stop to the working week. Thank you for the yoga classes. I always come away feeling light, flexible invigorated and happy, so much so that I get withdrawal symptoms when I have to miss the odd session! Your yoga sessions are well structured and have given me the continuous development and learning I needed. Your classes add value to my practice and experience. Your relaxation talk down is very effective, I come away completely relaxed (once or twice I have found myself asleep even in those few minutes!). I appreciate the great lengths you go to to ensure every session is a good experience, even down to the detail of selecting the right music for asanas and relaxation alike. Once again, thank you for the guaranteed excellent yoga session every session.
