Intellecutal Property Rights

Intellectual Property Rights” means:

copyrights, moral rights, performance rights, database rights and rights in designs;

trade names, trademarks, service marks, goodwill, rights in get-up and trade dress, rights to sue for passing off, and rights to sue for unfair competition;

patents and rights in inventions;

rights in each of know-how, confidential information and trade secrets; any other intellectual property rights, including all rights and interests in domain names and social media accounts; and

all rights that are similar or equivalent to each of (1) to (5) now or in future,

in each case (i) anywhere in the world; and (ii) whether registered or unregistered, (including applications, rights to apply and rights to claim priority).

The Yoga Band is a registered product. G.M Yoga™ have the right to take legal action against anyone who copies the Yoga Band without permission, including counterfeiters.

The item(s) Yoga Band and photographs used to sell and promote the Yoga Band (including on social media platforms or promotional emails), are owned by G.M YOGA™. All such rights are reserved.
